    Start a walk and talk as you go. Take as many photos as you like. Recording never stops, even with your phone locked.

  2. Get the list

    Snags sorted by trade, extras the client asked for, and things you signed off. Each one has the photo and your exact words.

  3. Send the links

    Each trade gets only their items by WhatsApp, text or email. Clients approve extras and sign on their phone. Nobody installs anything.

Questions

Does my trade or client need the app?

No. They get a link by WhatsApp, text or email and it opens in their browser.

What if it mishears something?

Nothing is sent until you review it. Every item shows the words it came from, and you can edit, move or delete it first.

What if there’s no signal on site?

Your recording and photos are saved on your phone and upload by themselves when you’re back online.

Do I need to tell people I’m recording?

Yes. Tell the client and anyone on site at the start of the walk. Snagwalk reminds you every time.

Where is my data kept?

Your walks are stored in the EU, and your recordings and photos are never used to train AI models. The privacy notice has the details. Privacy

Do trades or clients pay anything?

No. They open a link from WhatsApp, text or email. No account, no app and no fee.

What happens after the 3 free walks?

Everything you’ve done stays and keeps working. To start new walks, choose Solo or Team.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
